Is this affiliated with the official FPL game?
No. FPL Forge is an independent set of tools built by a fan, for tracking and planning — you still make transfers in the official app.
Do I need an account to use it?
Yes, but a free one is enough for most of it. The fixture ticker, stats centre, comparison, planner, match centre and team news are all on the free plan; the account is what holds your drafts and your imported team.
What does Pro actually add?
Projections, the lineup optimiser, chip strategy, DEFCON, fixture runs, rotations and live rank. Everything else stays open.
How does paying work?
Payments are one-off, in NPR through eSewa or Khalti. You buy a length of time; when it lapses the account drops to Free and nothing is deleted.
